This week we will get an update on the current housing shortage from local REALTOR, DeWayne Mortensen II. DeWayne is a 2nd Generation REALTOR who grew up in the Real Estate industry. His father was a Broker and business owner for over 35 years had unknowingly imparted a lifetime of Real Estate Wisdom on DeWayne while he grew up.
He is a proud war-time veteran. His family has served our country in every major conflict. He is proud to have continued that tradition and served Honorably in the United States Navy for 8 years with Meritorious Wartime Service.
He has volunteered as a faith-based teachings instructor, a youth soccer coach, a girls softball coach, and a Cub Scout Leader. He believes that our youth is our future. As such he has always been committed to helping families realize their dreams.
He has been a board member of several community organizations including, the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, the Inland Valley Association of REALTORS.
